Two invited seminars: Dr. In Hyoek Choi (MIT) and Dr. Seung Gyo Jeong (U Minnesota)
We were delighted to host two invited seminars in the Department of Physics, University of Ulsan. Dr. In Hyoek Choi (Department of Chemistry, Massachusetts Institute of Technology) spoke on "Chiraltronics: From Ultrafast Symmetry Control to Quantum Materials," and Dr. Seung Gyo Jeong (Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, University of Minnesota, Twin Cities) presented "Strain-Driven Emergent Quantum Phases in Oxide Materials." Both talks sparked lively discussion and gave our students a valuable window into cutting-edge quantum-materials research. We warmly thank Dr. Choi and Dr. Jeong for their visit and inspiring talks!
